At ProSkillPilot, we are committed to delivering the best learning experience to our students. We also understand that sometimes situations may change, and you may wish to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.

  • A refund is only applicable if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content.

  • Technical issues or duplicate payments will also qualify for a full refund (after verification).


2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be issued if more than 10% of the course has been accessed.

  • Fees paid under discounted offers, special promotions, or bundles are non-refundable.

  • Registration or administrative charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, email us at Info@proskillpilot.online with your registered email ID, payment details, and reason for the refund.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.


4. Course Transfer Option

If you do not qualify for a refund, you may request a course transfer to another program of equal or lower value (subject to availability and approval).


5. Policy Updates

ProSkillPilot reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
