Refund Policy – ProSkillPilot

At ProSkillPilot, we aim to provide high-quality courses and a great learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may request a refund. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment.

  • Refunds will only be granted if:

    • You have not completed more than 10% of the course content, or

    • You face a genuine technical/payment issue preventing access.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refund will be provided once a course is partially or fully completed.

  • Fees paid for promotional offers, discounted courses, or special bundles are non-refundable.

  • Registration/administration charges (if any) are not refundable.


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email us at Info@proskillpilot.online with your registered details and reason for refund.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


4. Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value (subject to approval).


5. Changes to Policy

ProSkillPilot reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
